Tickets
In this section , you can view all the tickets you have created till date , either they are for IT or HR department . It consists of ticket ID , Title , helpdesk whether IT or HR , state , priority , assigned to , created on and created by . Furthermore you can also sort the tickets in either ascending or descending order by clicking on the particular field you want to sort . Also , you can view update and delete your tickets by clicking on "View " , "Update " and " Delete " option respectively .
In addition to add a new ticket you need to click on Add Option and you can add a new ticket according to your requirement .
